<p>Located in Bensalem, Pennsylvania, the Direct to Owner Sales position focuses on engaging with key decision-makers to establish relationships, finalize deals, and offer solutions that align with their business objectives.</p> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Identify and prospect new property/business owners in the target market area through cold calling, networking, and attending industry events </li><li>Deliver presentations and demonstrations of our services, showcasing the benefits to potential owners </li><li>Develop and maintain strong relationships with owners by providing exceptional customer service, addressing concerns, and offering continuous support </li><li>Handle negotiations and close sales effectively while ensuring mutually beneficial agreements </li><li>Keep track of industry trends, competitor activity, and customer preferences to adjust sales strategies accordingly </li><li>Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions and provide regular reports to the Director of Sales </li><li>Work closely with other team members to ensure a smooth transition from sale to service delivery </li><li>Other duties as assigned </li></ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Motivated and results driven - required </li><li>Proven experience in direct sales, preferably in a B2B (business-to-business) environment - required </li><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with owners - required </li><li>Excellent negotiation and closing skills - required </li><li>Ability to work independently and manage time effectively - required </li><li>Ability to work in team environment when necessary - required </li><li>Knowledge of CRM software and sales tracking tools - preferred </li><li>Previous experience in a service industry - preferred </li><li>Blueprint Knowledge - required </li><li>Experience in B2B sales - required </li><li>Ability to analyze customer needs and offer tailored solutions - required </li></ul> <p>What we offer:</p> <ul> <li>Competitive base salary + commission structure </li><li>Bonuses for achieving sales targets </li><li>Competitive benefits package </li><li>Work-life balance </li><li>Career advancement opportunities </li><li>A great manager and/or team </li><li>A compelling work culture </li><li>A sense of purpose </li></ul> <p>Physical Demands</p> <p>The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.</p> <p>This position is a largely sedentary role; however, some filing is required.
