And to support your personal wellbeing, we hope you will love our dedication to creating the right work and life balance experience!</p> <p>Join Spirent and together let's shape tomorrow!</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance from an accredited university or equivalent work experience. </li><li>Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in financial analysis, planning, and reporting. </li><li>Proven track record of business partnership and effective influencing skills. </li><li>Prior experience in managing expenses and meeting the budget. </li><li>Prior experience in managing cost accrual accounting. </li><li>Strong financial modeling skills/Integrated models development with a high level of advanced Excel knowledge. </li><li>Intermediate skills in PowerPoint and relational databases. </li><li>Experience with finance reporting systems, ERP (SAP, Oracle, others), BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, others), and CRM (Salesforce.com). </li><li>Partnering skills with various stakeholders in developing, communicating, and achieving operating plans and setting targets. </li><li>Strong Presentation, analytical, and communication skills. </li><li>Proactive and self-driven. </li></ul> <p>Annualized Salary Wage Range: $60,000 - $95,000</p> <p>Spirent applies geographic differentials to its pay ranges. The pay range assigned to this role will be based on the geographic location from which the role is performed. Starting pay is commensurate with relevant experience at or in line with the minimum requirements.
