We are a dynamic and driven company with significant future growth plans and those plans can include you!</p> <p>Position Summary:</p> <p>The AutoCAD drafter will be responsible for drawing, maintaining and updating extrusion drawings and other mechanical components in a manufacturing environment.</p> <p>Additionally, you will assist working closely with engineers and customers to develop accurate technical drawings.</p> <p>Primary Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Create detailed 2D and 3D AutoCAD drawings for extrusion shapes as per customer requirements. </li><li>Create fabrication and/or assembly drawings for production components. </li><li>Update and revise existing drawings to incorporate updates, changes and record the revisions. </li><li>Use precise measuring tools to reverse-engineer or draw a part as needed. </li><li>Ensure that the drawings comply with the industry standards and company guidelines. </li><li>Ensure proper documentation and filing of completed drawings and projects. </li><li>Perform other duties as assigned. </li></ul> <p>Experience:</p> <ul> <li>Proficient in AutoCAD and experienced with Inventor software. </li><li>2 to 5 years of experience in a drafting role within a manufacturing environment is preferred. </li><li>Strong understanding of mechanical drawings, tolerances, and manufacturing processes. </li></ul> <p>Work Environment:</p> <ul> <li>Ability to work in a manufacturing environment. </li><li>Ability to lift and move material or parts that weigh up to 50 pounds. </li></ul> <p>Benefits:</p> <ul> <li>Medical, Dental, and Vision Benefits </li><li>Life and Supplement Life </li><li>STD/LTD </li><li>Paid Holidays </li><li>401K w/match </li><li>FSA & HSA </li><li>Paid Time Off </li><li>Health Club membership discounts </li></ul> <p>Disclaimer and Acknowledgements:</p> <p>We are proud to be an EEO/AA employer M/F/D/V.</p>
