You will assist in the development of space plans, concepts, and program documents, ensuring smooth project execution. This position is ideal for entry-level or junior designers looking to deepen their industry knowledge and gain exposure to various stages of project execution while working under the guidance of experienced professionals.</p> <p>Your Role</p> <ul> <li>Responsible for AutoCAD and Revit support for the preparation of project documents including test fits, reflected ceiling concepts, and elevations. </li><li>Responsible for the production of graphics through use of 3D renderings and computer illustrations. </li><li>Responsible for the creation of finish plans, specifications, and material selections. </li><li>Responsible for submittals during the construction administration phase. </li><li>Assist the design lead with project coordination as it relates to design concepts. </li><li>Assist in the development of space planning concepts and creation of program documents. </li><li>Assist the design lead in meetings with consultants, furniture dealers, product reps, and fabricators to meet overall project objectives. </li><li>Communicate with clients, consultants, contractors, industry partners, and Ware Malcomb team members. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>1+ years' experience in Interior Architecture & Design </li><li>Bachelor's degree or technical degree/certificate in an accredited Interior Design, Architecture, or Interior Architecture related program </li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills </li><li>Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Adobe Suite, and Microsoft Office </li><li>Knowledge of 3D rendering software such as 3D Studio Max and Lumion </li><li>Knowledge of building codes </li></ul> <p>$25 - $28 an hour</p> <p>The compensation range is $25-$28/hr, plus benefits.
