<p>Description & Requirements</p> <p>As a Senior Associate in our Outsourced Accounting Services (OAS), you will be a valued member of our team and will build relationships with our outsourcing clients. To be successful, you should enjoy finding a solution to problems, possess strong attention to detail, and have a willingness to learn new things.</p> <p>How you will contribute:</p> <ul> <li>Dedicate time to client service while coordinating work for our clients in the following areas: </li><li>General ledger and process accounts payable </li><li>Invoicing </li><li>Account/bank reconciliations and depreciation schedule preparation </li><li>Monthly and year-end closing assistance </li><li>Preparing financial statements </li><li>On-site or digital accounting outsourcing </li><li>QuickBooks consulting and assistance with accounting system design </li><li>Assisting with the training of clients, staff, and other AOS personnel </li></ul> <p>We are looking for people who have Forward Vision and:</p> <ul> <li>Strong initiative and solution-finding abilities </li><li>Commitment to providing unmatched client service </li><li>Ability to prioritize work for multiple clients and consistently meet target dates </li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills </li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite </li><li>Precise attention to detail </li></ul> <p>Minimum Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li> <p>BS in Accounting is preferred, other business degrees or work experience in Accounting will be considered</p> </li><li> <p>2-5 years' experience in relevant profession</p> </li><li> <p>Applicants for positions with Forvis Mazars must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Verification of employment eligibility will be required at the time of hire.
