<p>Position Overview:</p> <p>The Chief Underwriting Officer (CUO) is responsible for leading the underwriting strategy, risk assessment, and portfolio management for Healthy Paws. This executive role ensures profitability, compliance, and innovation in policy offerings while maintaining a balance between customer affordability and company sustainability.
