Sharing a point of view is encouraged and expected. </li><li>Managing multiple projects from conception to completion, by anticipating challenges and ensuring deadline and budget adherence. </li><li>Ensuring that you and your team understand the general business strategy, products and services offered by your clients, and general issues facing their industries. </li><li>Applying or creating tools, templates and methodologies that contribute to your clients' communication effectiveness. </li><li>Researching, outlining, writing, editing and proofreading materials, including client presentations, scripts, newsletter articles and features. </li><li>Supporting senior colleagues in the delivery and tactical management of consulting assignments </li><li>Building relationships with clients and colleagues at all levels. </li><li>Collaborating on new business proposals and presentations. </li></ul> <p>Basic Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>At least 2 years of relevant full-time professional experience in related fields. </li><li>A bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience. </li><li>Ability to work from your local office 3 days a week, adhering to our hybrid policy. </li></ul> <p>Preferred Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Relevant experience in one or more of the following: employee experience and change management, culture, corporate repositioning, talent attraction, retention and engagement, business transformation, and risk and reputation. </li><li>Experience with digital/social platforms focused on workforce applications and implementation (e.g., internal-facing mobile apps, social/collaboration platforms, internal messaging platforms, etc.). </li><li>The ability to help manage multiple small or medium-sized projects simultaneously as a team. </li><li>Superior writing, editing and presentation-development skills. </li><li>Project management and consultative skills, including effective questioning and critical thinking. </li><li>Ability to draft strategic client-facing deliverables and proposals. </li><li>Ability to perform well under pressure and manage competing priorities. </li><li>Passion for client service and teamwork. </li><li>Commitment to advancing the vision of the Workplace Advisory practice both internally and externally. </li><li>Ability to travel as needed and flexibility to work on-site, embedded with clients as needed. </li></ul> <p>$60,000 - $80,000 a year</p> <p>#LI-EB1</p> <p>An employee's pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, travel requirements, revenue-based metrics, any contractual agreements, and business or organizational needs. The range listed is just one component of DJEH's total compensation package for employees.
