Be the difference.</p> <p>Job Summary</p> <p>The position is responsible for patient assessment, psychological testing and treatment of children, adolescents, and adults. Provides individual, couples, family and group behavioral treatment, patient and community, and student education.</p> <p>Accountabilities</p> <ul> <li>Provide individual, couples, family, and group psychotherapy. Utilize independent decision-making in plan of care for therapy services provided. </li><li>Conduct psychological testing and assessment for designated psychiatric patients. </li><li>Provide timely professional documentation of psychological testing reports, treatment plans and progress notes. </li><li>Participate in the training/teaching of students and residents. </li><li>Works in conjunction with treating psychiatrist and makes appropriate referrals to other professionals or community services as needed. </li><li>Actively participate in development of psychological services for the Department of Psychiatry, to include community outreach and education </li></ul> <p>Supervisory/Management Responsibility</p> <p>This is a non-management job that will report to a supervisor, manager, director, or executive.</p> <p>Minimum Requirements</p> <ul> <li>Doctorate in Clinical psychology, PhD or PsyD </li><li>1 year of Post-doctoral experience in medical setting </li></ul> <p>Required Certifications/Registrations/Licenses</p> <p>South Carolina License to Practice Clinical Psychology</p> <p>In Lieu Of The Above Minimum Requirements</p> <p>PsyD is the equivalent to PhD.</p> <p>Team members employed in this job prior to July 1, 2020 are grandfathered under prior educational and experience requirements.
