<p>PULASKI COUNTY SPECIAL SCHOOL DISTRICT</p> <p>HOURLY CERTIFIED POSITION AVAILABLE</p> <p>POSITION TITLE:SUPPLEMENTAL NUTRITION ASSISTANCE PROGRAM (SNAP) EMPLOYMENT AND TRAINING PROGRAM (E & T) CASE MANAGER/COORDINATOR</p> <p>QUALIFICATIONS:</p> <ul> <li>Certified Arkansas Teacher License </li><li>Demonstrated proficiency in Google Suites and Microsoft Office. </li><li>Successful candidates must have a commitment to working cooperatively with other satellite personnel to fulfill the Mission of the PCSSD Adult and have the ability to deliver quality customer service. </li></ul> <p>REPORTS TO: Coordinator of Adult Education</p> <p>JOB GOAL: To coordinate program to identify clients' needs and be able to refer clients to supportive services to include Adult Education.</p> <p>PERFORMANCE RESPONSIBILITIES:</p> <ul> <li>Process referrals received from SNAP E&T Central Office on a weekly basis </li><li>Follow the guidelines in the DHS SNAP E&T Handbook </li><li>Conduct a preliminary assessment of individuals in a timely manner to TABE, Scale Scores and Educational Functional Level </li><li>Provide reverse referrals for individuals when necessary </li><li>Serve as participant case coordinator and help in the development of an individual education/career plan. </li><li>Complete an Employment Plan for each participant and update as needed </li><li>Provide job search assistance </li><li>Monitor participants' progress monthly and provide steps to help maintain successful progress </li><li>Maintain up-to-date participant files </li><li>Identifies barriers faced by participants and develops a solution </li><li>Complete all required reports in a timely manner </li><li>Must complete Career Coach Certification within a year after hire </li><li>Other duties and special projects as assigned </li></ul> <p>TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT:</p> <p>Salary: $25.00 per hour</p> <p>Length: As Needed</p> <p>FLSA Status: Non-Exempt</p> <p>Personnel Status: Certified</p> <p>Benefits eligible: Yes (30+ hours required to be eligible for benefits)</p> <p>EVALUATION:</p> <p>Performance of this job will be evaluated according to provisions of the Board's policy on Evaluation of Professional Personnel.</p> <p>Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (Snap) Employment And Training Program (E & T) Case Manager/ Coordinator cont.</p> <p>APPLICATION PROCEDURE:</p> <p>Interested and qualified applicants should submit an online application at www.pcssd.org.
