Your primary responsibility will be to create a menu that meets the dietary needs and preferences of our residents, ensuring that each meal is both appealing and health-conscious. You will collaborate with a team of culinary professionals to maintain high standards of food safety and sanitation while adhering to all regulatory guidelines. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing inventory, ordering supplies, and minimizing food waste, contributing to the overall efficiency of the kitchen operations.
