In addition to a competitive base wage, CSB offers a wide variety of employee benefits listed below.</p> <p>Summary: Under the direction of the Network Administrator works to provide excellent service through technical support and assistance to CSB team members. Works with all networking equipment and the bank's infrastructure and monitors systems for effective deployment of cybersecurity measures to mitigate risk.</p> <p>Essential Functions: Essential duties and responsibilities include the following; however, other duties may be assigned. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.</p> <ul> <li>Installs and maintains bank networking equipment to meet the specifications of the network. </li><li>Troubleshoots with CSB employees and vendors to aid in problem resolution. </li><li>Provides support and technical assistance to network users concerning their access to resources on the network and the operation of various software programs. </li><li>Enforces the standards for the use, operation and security of network, personal computer, communications equipment, and data. </li><li>Assists with employee network and communications needs, including bank phones, computers, VPN, and cellphones. </li><li>Collects and analyzes network utilization metrics to ensure efficient network design. </li><li>Assists with daily IT processing, including beginning and end of day processing of systems. </li><li>Demonstrates a commitment to CSB's vision, mission, and core values and seeks to align one's behavior in such a way that gives these foundational principles the best chance at becoming a reality. </li></ul> <p>Education and/or Experience: A high school diploma or General Education Degree (GED) is required. An associate or bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
