<p>Job Title: Project Assistant</p> <p>Job Description</p> <p>This is a position created to help manage the influx of work due to the Perfect Power Program, specifically focusing on the Distribution Pole Replacement Project. The role involves responsibilities in dispatch flagging and validation for fleet management, ensuring efficient prioritization and task management for dispatchers, and validating that dispatch partners are available before submitting orders. The position also requires working with Smartsheet and coordinating with payroll to ensure validation.</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Assist with dispatch flagging and validation for fleet management. </li><li>Help dispatchers prioritize and manage tasks more effectively. </li><li>Validate that a dispatch partner is available to perform a delivery before an order is submitted. </li><li>Work with Smartsheet to manage tasks and ensure payroll validation. </li></ul> <p>Essential Skills</p> <ul> <li>Dispatch experience </li><li>Proficiency in Excel database management </li><li>Strong customer service skills </li><li>Organizational and management skills </li></ul> <p>Additional Skills & Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Previous administrative and coordination experience </li><li>Entry-level position; extensive experience not required </li><li>Experience with Smartsheet preferred but not required </li><li>Ability to complete tasks in a timely manner </li><li>Good communication skills </li></ul> <p>Pay and Benefits</p> <p>The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $28.00/hr.</p> <p>Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
