<p>Req Id: 36109</p> <p>Job Title: Custodial Supervisor (Night) - Building Services</p> <p>City: West Lafayette</p> <p>Job Description:</p> <p>Job Summary</p> <p>As a Custodial Supervisor, you will:</p> <ul> <li>Supervise the shift custodial operations of 25-40 custodians assigned to up to 20 buildings in the Building Services Department. </li><li>Plan, coordinate and schedule custodial activities including the requisition of general custodial supplies, inventory for assigned buildings, and approve and monitor work hours, overtime and flextime. </li><li>Travel among buildings and inspect individual areas for compliance with customer service and department standards, safety procedures, etc. </li><li>Consult with General Manager on status of daily shift activities and advise of problems and/or needs. </li><li>Foster teamwork and staff professional development. </li><li>This position is considered "Essential Personnel" for campus emergencies and is subject to 24-hour callback for emergencies. </li></ul> <p>Days/Hours: Monday-Thursday, Sunday 10:30pm to 7:00am</p> <p>About Us:</p> <p>When you join Purdue University, you join a community that keeps moving forward.
