Manage emerging risks and reduce costs by designing and implementing systems and processes to leverage opportunities in areas such as climate change, green and sustainable finance, health and safety, labor rights, nonfinancial reporting, supply chain, and environmental management. Provide clients with strategic, technical, and reporting expertise on a wide range of climate challenges, including decarbonization, risk, emissions measurement, and reporting. Collaborate with partners, senior managers, and clients to influence strategy, balancing risk, and client expectations. Understand client's unique needs, ambitions, and expectations. Manage performance and identify opportunity to improve products and processes. Produce high-quality deliverables, navigate client relationships, and foster a high-performance teaming culture. Solve complex client problems through research and data analysis, synthesize into key insights to frame executive decisions, and communicate to senior leaders. Assist with generating new business opportunities, industry networks, and relationships with a focus on climate change and decarbonization agendas.</p> <p>Manage and motivate teams with diverse skills and backgrounds. Cultivate business development opportunities.</p> <p>Full time employment, Monday - Friday, 40 hours per week, 8:30 am - 5:30 pm.</p> <p>MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:</p> <p>Must have a Bachelor's degree in Business, Sustainability, Accounting, Engineering, Environmental Science, Data Science or a related field and 5 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate related work experience.
