<p>Job Title: Customer Support Warehouse Liaison Manager</p> <p>Department: Material Planning and Control</p> <p>Reports to: Manager of Warehouse & Logistics</p> <p>Direct Reports: 0</p> <p>Location(s): AgustaWestland Philadelphia Corporation</p> <p><strong><strong><strong><strong><strong><strong><strong><strong><strong><strong><strong><strong><strong><strong><strong><strong><strong><strong><strong><strong>__</strong></strong></strong></strong></strong></strong></strong></strong></strong></strong></strong></strong></strong></strong></strong></strong></strong></strong></strong></strong></p> <ol> <li>Summary of Position: (Brief description of overall responsibilities and function) </li></ol> <p>Reporting to the Warehouse & Logistics Manager, the Customer Support Warehouse Liaison Manager is responsible for implementing and executing all Warehouse strategies in relation to the Customer Support logistic stream. This position will act as liaison/coordinator between the Customer Support Team (mainly AOG Team and Customer Support Material Planning) and the Warehouse Team. The Customer Support Warehouse Liaison Manager will be responsible for directing priorities and criticalities to the Warehouse Team, to ensure materials are processed in the most efficient way possible inside the Warehouse, with the aim to increase Customer Satisfaction for materials shipped in outbound. This position will act as main input channel for all Customer Support directions/issues/priorities to the Warehouse. The Customer Support Warehouse Liaison Manager will be working closely with the Customer Support Warehouse Supervisor (which represents the executor), providing daily direction and strategies to pick and ship material out according to the Customer Support Team daily needs. The Customer Support Warehouse Liaison Manager will help support and troubleshoot any issues related to deliveries and shipments in outbound, and will be helping in monitoring KPIs related to the material shipment/outbound process, with main focus on AOGs, high dollar revenue items and aged deliveries.</p> <ol start="2"> <li>Essential Duties and Responsibilities: (Specifically describe the essential duties and responsibilities in order of estimated percentage of time that is spent on each). </li></ol> <p>Duties and Responsibilities:</p> <p>% of</p> <p>Time</p> <p>1.</p> <p>Participation to the daily meetings with Customer Support, to include the AOG Team and the</p> <p>Materials Management Team.</p> <p>30%</p> <p>2.</p> <p>Daily coordination with the Customer Support Warehouse Supervisor and related Team,</p> <p>to direct priorities and strategies.</p> <p>30%</p> <p>3.</p> <p>Reporting to the Manager of Warehouse & Logistics, to include criticalities requiring special</p> <p>focus and resolution.</p> <p>20%</p> <p>4.</p> <p>Ensures AOG materials are processed in the most efficient way inside the Warehouse to</p> <p>support Customers</p> <p>10%</p> <p>5.</p> <p>Establish and maintains a proactive approach in resolving daily issues and supporting the</p> <p>Warehouse as needed.</p> <p>10%</p> <p>TOTAL:</p> <p>100%</p> <ul> <li>Qualifications for Position: </li></ul> <p>A. Education</p> <p>Associate Degree in relevant field, or combination of experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.</p> <p>B. Experience</p> <p>5 years' experience in working in Material Planning and/or Logistics.</p> <p>C. Competencies & Attributes</p> <ul> <li>Must have experience with SAP. </li><li>Must be proficient to work in a fast paced environment. </li><li>Knowledge of warehouse flows. </li><li>Possess strong communication skills (oral and written) </li><li>Ability to work cross departmentally is a must. </li><li>Highly skilled in Microsoft Office (Excel, Power Point) </li></ul> <p>D.
