Join us!</p> <p>JOB SUMMARY:</p> <p>Provide Signet Marketing leadership with visibility and insights into customer, performance of marketing activities, and business health and across all brands within the Signet Portfolio. The Senior Analyst accomplishes this by utilizing the power of visual analytics via python or Tableau and the Signet customer Data Lakes (CRM/CDP) to pull actionable insight out of disparate datasets. The Senior Analyst sheds light into why it happened, what are the potential implications of what happened and what we can do about it to have a material impact on the business. The Senior Analyst works independently and in a collaborative environment and has a passion for analyzing complex datasets and converting them into insights that drive decisions that create value.</p> <p>KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:</p> <ul> <li>Analyze large complex data sets and present results in an easily digestible visualizations that surface insights and drive action. (e.g. Customer profile dashboards, marketing campaigns and audience performance dashboards) </li><li>Build data extracts using SQL & Python to curate data sets from multiple data sources necessary to perform any given analysis </li><li>Work as an internal business advisor, partnering with business teams to understand the full context of data/analysis requests </li><li>Present findings/recommendations to all levels of management based on data and analysis of results.
