<p>Job Title</p> <p>Junior Project Manager - Electronic Security Systems</p> <p>Job Description Summary</p> <p>Responsible for the coordination of projects, including</p> <p>Electronic Security Systems for properties may provide project management support to Project Managers or Directors for security projects.</p> <p>Job Description</p> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Assist in managing, planning and supervising the design, installation, and maintenance of bank electronic security systems projects within the Region.</p> </li><li> <p>Support and participate in regular meetings, in developing formal security concepts, detailing the types of security equipment needed, assisting with testing and formal acceptance of the installed security system and tracking progress to ensure projects are completed on budget and on time.</p> </li><li> <p>Conduct regular meetings with technical security vendor's to:</p> </li><li> <p>support reviews and assist with approvals for equipment replacement</p> </li><li> <p>help monitor vendor overall performance</p> </li><li> <p>Ensure vendors meet company standards pertaining to quality of work performed on an ongoing basis</p> </li><li> <p>Assist in developing & implementing training materials; regional processes and procedures</p> </li><li> <p>Lead strategic projects; direct the work of regional management; establish and delegate deadlines</p> </li><li> <p>Assist in development & supporting the implementation of performance improvement plan</p> </li><li> <p>Coordinate & collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project plans, timelines & deliverables</p> </li><li> <p>Partner with regional leaders to complete client-based projects, identifying areas for improvement</p> </li><li> <p>Create, track, and maintain various weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports utilizing internal systems and dashboards</p> </li><li> <p>Provide administrative support as assigned by the region, to include submitting travel arrangements, printing copying, processing invoices and submitting expense reports</p> </li><li> <p>Prepare & distribute correspondence, memos, reports and other documents as requested</p> </li></ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's Degree required </li><li>2-3 years of Electronic Security experience </li><li>Extensive experience in managing electronic security systems/devices required </li><li>Ability to work with stringent deadlines and multi-task </li><li>Strong verbal and written communication skills </li><li>Analytical skills: General IT knowledge base, MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook </li><li>Highly proficient in all Microsoft applications and able to effectively utilize multiple systems and applications </li><li>Administrative experience in an office setting </li><li>Ability to work with new or existing presentations to create and deliver appealing, persuasive, and effective presentations </li><li>Demonstrated problem-solving, confidence, and decision-making ability to manage shifting priorities, demands and timelines, in a fast-paced environment </li><li>Strong financial skills with the ability to analyze data and report on regional metrics </li><li>Ability to prioritize workload based on urgency; ability to delegate time sensitive tasks and communicate to a range of audience including to executive management </li></ul> <p>Bonus Qualifications (not required):</p> <ul> <li>Project Management Experience </li></ul> <p>Cushman & Wakefield also provides eligible employees with an opportunity to enroll in a variety of benefit programs, generally including health, vision, and dental insurance, flexible spending accounts, health savings accounts, retirement savings plans, life, and disability insurance programs, and paid and unpaid time away from work.
