You'll gain experience working on a wide range of projects and HVAC systems throughout our facilities, train with the newest technology and receive guidance from fellow caregivers and management.</p> <p>A caregiver in this position works days from 6:30AM - 3:00PM.</p> <p>A caregiver who excels in this role will:</p> <ul> <li>Inspect, repair, monitor, maintain and troubleshoot Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) systems and equipment throughout the facility. </li><li>Document and maintain records of inspections and work performed. </li><li>Inspect and maintain all temperature, humidity, and data logging devices, including meters and gauges. </li><li>Utilize the building management system (BMS) to address customer service requests, adjust temperature set points, and start and stop equipment. </li><li>Receive and respond to work orders from the computerized maintenance management system. </li><li>Respond to alarms and alerts appropriately. </li><li>Work at additional Cleveland Clinic locations as needed. </li></ul> <p>Minimum qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:</p> <ul> <li>High School Diploma or GED </li><li>Valid Driver's License (VDL) and insurable driving record </li><li>Three years of experience with chiller systems, reheat systems, variable frequency drives (VFD), air handling units (AHU), humidifiers, dampers, heating and cooling coils, cooling towers and/or pumps OR military experience as a Utilities Man (UT), Machinists Mate (MM), HVAC/R (3E1X1), Utilities Equipment Repairer (91C) or a similar role </li><li>Understanding of the tools and techniques used to maintain, diagnose and repair HVAC systems </li><li>Basic knowledge of building management systems </li><li>Ability to read blueprints </li></ul> <p>Our caregivers continue to create the best outcomes for our patients across each of our facilities.
