<ul> <li> <p>JOB SUMMARY</p> </li><li> <p>Maintains the facility grounds and buildings and assists maintenance mechanics as needed.</p> </li><li> <p>ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS</p> </li><li> <p>MAINTAINS FACILITY GROUNDS AND EXTERIOR</p> </li><li> <p>By mowing, raking, edging of lawns, weeding, cutting brush and trimming shrubbery.</p> </li><li> <p>By sweeping sidewalks and removing snow.</p> </li><li> <p>By picking up paper and debris, emptying trash and smoking material from outside receptacles.</p> </li><li> <p>MAINTAINING BUILDING INTERIOR</p> </li><li> <p>By cleaning of boiler rooms, mechanical rooms, electrical rooms and elevator equipment rooms.</p> </li><li> <p>By helping maintenance mechanics when needed.</p> </li><li> <p>By performing preventive maintenance on equipment when assigned by the Maintenance Coordinator.</p> </li><li> <p>RELOCATES OFFICES</p> </li><li> <p>By moving office equipment and boxes.</p> </li><li> <p>MAINTAINS EQUIPMENT</p> </li><li> <p>By learning to operate, maintain and service power equipment and grounds equipment such as snow blower, garden tractor, lawn mowers, edger and weed trimmer per manufactured recommendations.</p> </li><li> <p>MAINTAINS SAFE WORKING ENVIRONMENT</p> </li><li> <p>By complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.</p> </li><li> <p>MAINTAINS CONTINUITY BETWEEN SHIFTS</p> </li><li> <p>By keeping supervisor informed of concerns and needs.</p> </li><li> <p>CONTRIBUTES TO TEAM EFFORT</p> </li><li> <p>By accomplishing related results as needed.</p> </li><li> <p>By working together by covering for absent associates and helping in other areas when needed.</p> </li><li> <p>By filling in for transportation as needed.</p> </li><li> <p>QUALIFICATIONS</p> </li><li> <p>To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
