The Temporary Assistant will provide administrative support in a fast paced center working with college level individuals with disabilities, a group of professionals, department, program, and other administrative functions.</p> <p>Pay:</p> <ul> <li>$15.00/hour </li></ul> <p>Schedule:</p> <ul> <li>Monday - Friday flexible start time between 7:45am - 9:45am to flexible end time 12:45pm - 2:45pm </li></ul> <p>This position will end May of 2025</p> <p>Duties and Responsibilities of PNW Accessibility Center Assistant</p> <ul> <li>Answer phone and email </li><li>Be the face of the PAC to anyone entering, calling the PAC, or emailing the PAC </li><li>Provide pleasant, calm, quiet, and encouraging assistance to all contacting the PAC </li><li>Secure tests and prepare them for administration and return </li><li>Assist with proctoring accommodated exams under the supervision of PAC staff </li><li>Assist with filing, scanning, and other office matters as needed </li><li>Keep office clean and organized </li><li>Interact professionally and kindly with people from all socioeconomic and educational backgrounds </li></ul> <p>Education</p> <ul> <li>High School Diploma </li></ul> <p>Experience</p> <ul> <li>Working with people with disabilities is a preferred </li></ul> <p>FLSA Status</p> <p>Non-Exempt</p> <p>Apply now</p> <p>Posting Start Date: 1/29/25</p>
