<p>Job Description</p> <p>Position Summary:</p> <p>The Personal Banker II plays a key role in providing exceptional customer service and building lasting relationships with clients.</p> <p>This position involves engaging in meaningful conversations to understand customer needs and recommending tailored banking</p> <p>products and services, including checking and savings accounts, credit cards, loans, and digital banking solutions.</p> <p>In addition to delivering personalized financial solutions, the Personal Banker II participates in a comprehensive retail training</p> <p>program designed to develop the skills necessary for a consultative sales approach. This training ensures the ability to make</p> <p>informed recommendations that enhance the customer experience and support their financial goals.</p> <p>Education and Experience Requirements:</p> <p>High school diploma/GED required.</p> <p>College degree or a minimum of one year demonstrated ability to deliver outstanding customer service while achieving sales</p> <p>goals is required.</p> <p>Ability to travel as needed to training.</p> <p>Candidates being considered will be subject to additional background checks as required by the Office of the Comptroller of the</p> <p>Currency.</p> <p>Essential Functions:</p> <p>Demonstrate a sales and service approach to building customer relationships by offering products and services according</p> <p>to customer needs.</p> <p>Develop new customer relationships by greeting customers in the branch, scheduling appointments with leads, and</p> <p>conducting outbound calling efforts.</p> <p>Perform teller transactions and other routine operational tasks, adhering to established branch operational processes and</p> <p>procedures.</p> <p>Maintain an acceptable balancing record while processing transactions in an accurate and efficient manner.</p> <p>Arithmetic skills to count money accurately.</p> <p>Computer literacy to access account information and process transactions.</p> <p>Develop a thorough knowledge of Bank products and guidelines by attending the required classes.</p> <p>Maintain a professional appearance and conduct yourself in a professional manner at all times.</p> <p>Maintain the highest level of professional integrity and ethics.</p> <p>All employees have the responsibility and the accountability to serve as risk managers for their businesses by</p> <p>understanding, reporting, responding to, managing and monitoring the risk they encounter daily as required by Dollar</p> <p>Bank's risk management program.
