This position also encompasses meeting the needs of our Neonatal Intensive Care Unit. Work involves the use of motivational interviewing, assessment, and collaboration with an interdisciplinary team to facilitate therapeutic interventions aimed at positively affecting the tailored needs of this specialty population and their families. Work involves use of high-level creative problem solving and advance communication skills while performing under mainly autonomous conditions.</p> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Provide specialized skills and mental health therapy for clients.</p> </li><li> <p>Identify barriers which impact optimal patient functioning</p> </li><li> <p>Ensure patients receive appropriate resources in most appropriate setting</p> </li></ul> <p>What you will need:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Master's degree in Social Work is required.</p> </li><li> <p>NYS LMSW or LCSW licensure is required.</p> </li><li> <p>Minimum of 1 year of experience in Medical, Psychiatric, or Health Care setting is required.</p> </li></ul> <p>Pay Range: $30.00 - $43.08</p> <p>Pay is based on experience, skills, and education. Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates.
