<p>JobID: 210580052</p> <p>Category: Quant Analytics</p> <p>JobSchedule: Full time</p> <p>Posted Date: 2025-04-25T13:47:26+00:00</p> <p>JobShift:</p> <p>:</p> <p>You will have the opportunity to help drive key business decisions and act as the subject matter expert on supporting Card pricing strategies.</p> <p>As a Senior Associate in Quant Analytics within the Card Finance Analytics team, you will be responsible for analytics of Card pricing strategies, tracking performance and profitability to drive future pricing strategies and business growth. You will develop an expertise of the Card P&L, develop and enhance pricing forecast mechanisms, and build up the performance tracking process.</p> <p>Job Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Perform detailed quantitative analysis and design analytical framework utilizing SAS/SQL programming and Alteryx/Tableau to predict profitability of pricing initiatives </li><li>Create and maintain detailed financial models and P&Ls to predict and track the benefits of pricing actions </li><li>Develop financial business cases to support various initiatives </li><li>Be responsible for socialization and submission of the budget and including the technology book of work </li><li>Be the key point of contact for cross-functional teams including risk, pricing, and marketing </li><li>Identify key areas of the business that can be improved and/or automated </li><li>Develop technology tools and processes to reduce manual work and increase accuracy of forecasts and reporting </li><li>Leverage quantitative analysis to provide insights and recommendations for pricing strategies </li><li>Present analytics and recommendations clearly and concisely to senior management </li></ul> <p>Required Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or other related area required </li><li>4+ years of experience in an analytical / finance related role </li><li>Proficient in building P&L and financial modeling concepts (NPV, ROI, etc) </li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint) </li><li>SAS/SQL experience - adept at working with granular data-tables to draw out customer/segment level profitability </li><li>Experience in forecasting, budgeting </li><li>Strong quantitative, critical thinking and analytic skills </li><li>Excellent communication (verbal and written) skills </li><li>Superior organizational and process skills, attention to detail </li><li>Capable of working in a dynamic, matrixed environment and managing multiple responsibilities with tight timelines </li></ul> <p>Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills:</p> <ul> <li>Card pricing knowledge preferred </li><li>Tableau/Alteryx experience preferred </li></ul>
