In addition to a competitive base wage, CSB offers a wide variety of employee benefits listed below.</p> <p>Summary: Directs and coordinates activities concerned with buying or selling investment products and financial services for clients of brokerage firm by performing the following duties personally or through department personnel.</p> <p>Essential Functions: Essential duties and responsibilities include the following; however, other duties may be assigned. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.</p> <ul> <li>Meets with customers to opening new accounts to find out their investment goals. </li><li>Meets with existing customers to review investment results and goals. </li><li>Buy and sell securities. </li><li>Consult customers on income tax and family estate planning. </li><li>Evaluates profitability of gross sales and transactions. </li><li>Develops and implements client seminars on new products and services in order to increase sales volume and establish good will. </li><li>Develops and implements plans to ensure compliance of workers with established programs, procedures, and practices. </li><li>Meets with bank personnel to education them on identifying potential brokerage customers </li><li>Attend relevant continuing education to maintain appropriate licenses. </li><li>Meets with and cultivates relationships with Centers of Influence </li><li>Demonstrates a commitment to CSB's vision, mission, and core values and seeks to align one's behavior in such a way that gives these foundational principles the best chance at becoming a reality. </li></ul> <p>Education: A high school diploma or General Education Degree (GED) is required. A four-year, business-related degree is preferred.
