Assist production research in the day-to-day operations with IMOP trials.</p> <p>ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:</p> <ul> <li>Count, package, and ship inbred seed for IMOP trials. </li><li>Work in plant & warehouse or field operations. </li><li>Collect information and analyze corn inbred lines. </li><li>Seed inventory. </li><li>Collect stand counts, flowering data, and plant measurement. </li><li>Ability to read and follow all QMS documents. </li><li>Follow all safety & housekeeping procedures. </li><li>Accurately complete all required paperwork and documentation in a timely manner. </li><li>Other duties as assigned </li></ul> <p>EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:</p> <ul> <li>No previous experience required. </li><li>Must be authorized to work in the US for any employer. </li><li>Eligible minors under 18 must have an employment certificate. </li></ul> <p>KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES:</p> <ul> <li>Punctual & reliable - report to work on time and regular attendance. </li><li>Ability to work as a part of a team. </li><li>Ability to follow directions and safety rules carefully. </li></ul> <p>PHYSICAL DEMANDS:</p> <ul> <li>Ability to lift up to 70 lbs. </li><li>Ability to work outdoors 60% of the time. </li><li>Ability to walk fields. </li><li>Must have valid driver's license and meet MVR Requirements. </li></ul> <p>AgReliant Genetics, LLC is an equal opportunity employer.
