Follows standard practices and regularly scheduled hours.</p> <p>Minimum Education:</p> <p>Culinary degree</p> <p>Minimum Work Experience:</p> <p>a. One (1) Year of cooking and food preparation experience</p> <p>b. Proven ability to read and write English, follow written and oral instructions; perform basic mathematical Functions; prioritize tasks</p> <p>c. Maintain Servsafe certification, validation period is maximum of five (5) years.</p> <p>Required Skills/Knowledge:</p> <p>a. Knowledgeable and compliant to local, state and federal food handling regulations (i.e., HACCP)</p> <p>b. Manual dexterity sufficient to prepare and assemble food</p> <p>c. Ability to withstand hot and/or humid, cold and/or icy temperatures due to heat and cold producing equipment</p> <p>d. Ability to be active and on feet most of the day; lift, push and pull medium weight objects and occasionally push and pull heavy weight objects</p> <p>e.
