<p>Vanguard's Marketing Technology (MarTech) team is hiring! We are excited to add a Technical Scrum Lead to the team that is passionate about using Agile methodology to drive modern marketing capabilities across the enterprise. We are looking for someone who can couple their project management and tech background to move the dial on our utilization of technology and data to give Vanguard a marketing edge. This person will also be involved with vendor management and release planning. If you are passionate about Scrum, a critical thinker, and a driver of change, then this role may be for you!</p> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Provide insight on best practices for high performing teams in the delivery of technology-related product or projects, ensuring team actions are aligned with project goals. </li><li>Facilitate planning, team learning, and assist adaptation of processes to ensure the quality of team solutions. </li><li>Encourage a continuous learning environment to strengthen the team's understanding of Agile/Scrum concepts and principles as they relate t technical capabilities. </li><li>Apply methodology that supports the integration of changing customer inputs and business conditions into technology-related product development. </li><li>Work with product owners and management to define and prioritize technology-related outcomes. Identify trade-offs between short- and long-term benefits to drive shared vision between the team and product owner. </li><li>Ensure the application of agile frameworks to the development process to increase effectiveness of technology-related product development or architecture. </li><li>Facilitate Scrum/Kanban Events and lead in Agile best practices. </li><li>Identify and may remove roadblocks to technology-related product development or architecture. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience required. Computer Science or Engineering experience preferred. </li><li>Minimum of three years related work experience. Two years of leading large cross-functional teams on major organizational technology projects preferred.
