<p>We are so glad you are interested in joining Sutter Health!</p> <p>Organization:</p> <p>SHSO-Sutter Health System Office-Bay</p> <p>Position Overview:</p> <p>Coordinates and manages cross-functional teams, staff, and resources throughout Information Services (IS) and Sutter Health and its regional affiliates in the implementation and support IS projects. Is responsible for: new applications, modules, software installations, interface, integration, hardware upgrades, major application upgrades, and day-to-day support work. Oversees projects or portions of projects as well as participates in the development of the departmental budget while managing and monitoring the approved budget.</p> <ul> <li>Epic application deployment experience is highly desired, along with management experience. </li><li>Surgery application build experience preferred with Optime, Anesthesia. Cupid and Radiant would also be relevant. </li></ul> <p>Job Description:</p> <p>EDUCATION:</p> <p>Equivalent experience will be accepted in lieu of the required degree or diploma.</p> <p>Bachelor's: Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field</p> <p>TYPICAL EXPERIENCE:</p> <p>8 years recent relevant experience</p> <p>SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE</p> <p>Expert knowledge of specifying user requirements.</p> <p>Advanced knowledge of industry standards to better support business requirements.</p> <p>Advanced knowledge of healthcare operations and structure.</p> <p>Advanced knowledge of the lifecycle of application environments.</p> <p>In-depth understanding of hospital inpatient and clinic outpatient operations.</p> <p>Set priorities which accurately reflect the relative importance of job responsibilities and prioritize assignments to complete work in a timely manner.</p> <p>Analyze information, problems, situations, practices, or procedures in order to identify patterns, tendencies, and relationships resulting in the formulation of logical and objective conclusions.</p> <p>Establish and maintain cooperative working relationships with audiences across all areas and levels within Sutter Health as well as external organizations.</p> <p>Verbal and writing skills to effectively communicate with diverse groups such as: executives, managers, and subject matter experts.</p> <p>Job Shift:</p> <p>Days</p> <p>Schedule:</p> <p>Full Time</p> <p>Days of the Week:</p> <p>Monday - Friday</p> <p>Weekend Requirements:</p> <p>As Needed</p> <p>Benefits:</p> <p>Yes</p> <p>Unions:</p> <p>No</p> <p>Position Status:</p> <p>Exempt</p> <p>Weekly Hours:</p> <p>40</p> <p>Employee Status:</p> <p>Regular</p> <p>Sutter Health is an equal opportunity employer EOE/M/F/Disability/Veterans.</p> <p>Pay Range is $85.74 to $137.19 / hour. Sacramento Valley Area, New Jersey, and Washington Pay Range is $75.45 to $120.73 / hour. Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Michigan, Minnesota, Nevada, North Carolina, Ohio, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Texas, and Virginia Pay Range is $68.59 to $109.75 / hour. Arizona, Arkansas, Idaho, Louisiana, Missouri, Montana, South Carolina, Tennessee, and Utah Pay Range is $61.74 to $98.78 / hour.</p> <p>The salary range for this role may vary above or below the posted range as determined by location. This range has not been adjusted for any specific geographic differential applicable by area where the position may be filled. Compensation takes into account several factors including but not limited to a candidate's experience, education, skills, licensure and certifications, department equity, training and organizational needs. Base pay is just one piece of the total rewards program offered by Sutter Health. Eligible roles also qualify for a comprehensive benefits package.</p>
