Ensure correct reporting and addresses issues that arise. Coordinate with various company department, management, and clients to ensure smooth workflow </li><li>Ensure that all work is carried out according to safety regulations and quality standards. </li><li>Manage staff performance, training, timesheets, etc. </li><li>Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously </li><li>Manage labor costs of projects through ongoing job forecasting (time management). </li><li>Ability to provide leadership, take charge of a situation and show proper authority in a responsible objective manner </li><li>Develop/maintain network of professional relationships within our industry. </li><li>Communicate with customers in an easy-to-understand manner. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Must have Certification as an electrician (Master Electrician, Journeyman, etc.) </li><li>5+ years electrical experience preferred </li><li>Proven experience in electrical supervision </li><li>Knowledge of electrical codes </li><li>Ability to work well under pressure and meet project deadlines. </li><li>Excellent communication and leadership skills. </li><li>Must have critical thinking skills. </li><li>A high school diploma or GED. </li><li>Must have valid driver's license </li></ul> <p>All candidates are required to undergo a pre-employment drug screen and background check.</p>
