<p>Kforce has a client that is seeking a SalesForce Delivery Manager in Philadelphia, PA.</p> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Project Management: Lead the planning and implementation of Salesforce projects, defining project scope, goals, and deliverables </li><li>Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, translating technical details into actionable insights and addressing any concerns throughout the project lifecycle </li><li>Team Coordination: Collaborate with internal resources and third-party vendors to ensure seamless execution of projects </li><li>Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact on timelines and deliverables </li><li>Performance Tracking: Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques while adjusting plans as necessary to stay aligned with objectives </li><li>Agile Methodology: Apply Agile project management principles, ensuring the team adheres to iterative development cycles and embraces flexibility* A Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field </li><li>Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator) are highly desirable </li><li>Proven experience as a Salesforce Delivery Manager or in a similar role, typically requiring 5+ years of relevant experience in managing Salesforce solutions </li><li>Strong understanding of Salesforce products (CRM, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud), as well as knowledge of programming languages used for custom Salesforce applications, such as Apex and Visualforce </li><li>Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to guide cross-functional teams towards shared goals </li></ul>
