<p>SRCTec, LLC is currently seeking a temporary Associate Electronics Hardware Technician to perform circuit card secondary operations at our location in Syracuse, N.Y.</p> <p>What You'll Do</p> <ul> <li>Responsible for performing soldering/assembly operations by hand </li><li>Complete the assembly of complex electrical and mechanical assemblies </li><li>Interpret blueprints and/or mechanical drawings and work from assembly instructions or specification documents </li><li>Basic computer skills to access and interpret work instructions and procedures </li><li>Multi-task and adapt to changing job assignments quickly </li></ul> <p>What You'll Bring</p> <ul> <li>Minimum of a high school diploma with 3+ years of experience, or associate's degree in a technical specialty preferred with 0+ years of experience </li><li>Ability to follow written or verbal instructions </li><li>Ability to maintain effective working relationship with others </li><li>Ability to maintain a clean and safe work environment </li><li>Self-motivated and capable of working in a team environment </li><li>General computer skills (Word and Excel) </li><li>Proficient using hand tools and battery-operated tools </li><li>Ability to lift 40 pounds </li><li>Prior Experience with Class 1 Soldering required </li><li>J-STD-001 Solder Certification preferred </li><li>Prior Experience with SMT Rework/Board Heaters preferred </li></ul> <p>What Sets Us Apart?</p> <p>SRCTec, LLC is a manufacturing and life cycle management company specializing in the cost-effective production of high-quality, high-reliability, advanced military electro-mechanical products. The anticipated range for this position based out of Syracuse, NY is estimated at $21.01-$27.32/hour.
