We also provide attractive working conditions and opportunities for career growth through professional development.</p> <p>Discover why Cooper University Health Care is the employer of choice in South Jersey.</p> <p>Short Description</p> <p>Greets, guides and manages patients and visitors throughout the campus.</p> <p>Act as the primary contact for patients, visitors and staff.</p> <p>Works closely with our courier services, security, staff and leadership within the building/campus.</p> <p>Level one support and point person in partnership with our leadership, facilities and support services team for property issues.</p> <p>Assist with customer service requests.</p> <p>Maintains lobby area including and escalates issues accordingly.</p> <p>Strong team player with solid organizational skills.</p> <p>Exceptional service skills with excellent written and verbal communication skills.</p> <p>Some sitting and standing. Approximately 75% standing or walking.</p> <p>Performs other related assigned duties as needed.</p> <p>Experience Required</p> <p>One year experience of general office, healthcare and/or hospitality.</p> <p>Must have basic computer knowledge and proficient in Microsoft Office Suite applications.</p> <p>Excellent oral and written communications skills.</p> <p>Education Requirements</p> <p>High School Diploma/GED required.
