<p>Our heart beats for talents - be one of them!</p> <p>To strengthen our motivated Customer Service Team at our plant in Indianapolis, IN we are looking for a highly competent Customer Service Representative.</p> <p>Your Role</p> <ul> <li>You will respond to customer inquiries concerning product availability, pricing, and order status via oral or written communication. </li><li>You will support our team by receiving customer orders via valid purchase orders, diligently and accurately entering the required data to generate sales orders. </li><li>You are ambitious about supporting our customers by providing written order acknowledgement within a specified timeframe. </li><li>You will contribute to the team by proactively assisting in the creation of job jackets, and completing all other assigned tasks. </li><li>You are committed to providing a high level of expert knowledge on all matters related to customer service. </li></ul> <p>Your Profile</p> <ul> <li>You have a High School Diploma (Associates Degree preferred) </li><li>You have already gained 3-5 years of experience within a customer service representative role.
