Write the next chapter of your ABB story.</p> <p>This position reports to</p> <p>IS Department Manager, Project Management Office</p> <p>Your role and responsibilities</p> <p>As a Senior IS Program Manager, you will lead complex, high-impact programs that align technology initiatives with strategic business objectives. You will be responsible for setting direction, driving execution across multiple projects, and ensuring successful delivery of business outcomes. The work model for the role is Hybrid #LI-Hybrid This role is contributing to the Electrification Distribution Solutions in the Americas, and will be leading projects across all ABB Divisions. You will be mainly accountable for: • Provide strategic leadership across large-scale IS programs, ensuring alignment with enterprise priorities. • Manage interdependencies, risks, and resources across multiple projects within the program. • Partner with business and IT stakeholders to define vision, scope, and success metrics. • Drive accountability, governance, and high performance across cross-functional teams. • Communicate program goals, progress, and outcomes clearly to senior leadership. • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and value delivery.</p> <p>Qualifications for the role</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Computer Science, MIS, Business, or a related field </li><li>10+ years of experience managing programs and projects; PMP certification or similar preferred </li><li>Proven experience leading large, complex IS or technology programs. </li><li>Strong business acumen and ability to translate strategic goals into executable plans. </li><li>Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills. </li><li>Expertise in program governance, risk management, and resource planning. </li></ul> <p>More about us</p> <p>ABB's Distribution Solutions Division facilitates the efficient and reliable distribution, protection and control of power by improving electric power quality while strengthening the resilience of the grid.
