You will be responsible for setting direction, driving execution across multiple projects, and ensuring successful delivery of business outcomes. The work model for the role is Hybrid #LI-Hybrid This role is contributing to the Electrification Distribution Solutions in the Americas, and will be leading projects across all ABB Divisions. You will be mainly accountable for: • Provide strategic leadership across large-scale IS programs, ensuring alignment with enterprise priorities. • Manage interdependencies, risks, and resources across multiple projects within the program. • Partner with business and IT stakeholders to define vision, scope, and success metrics. • Drive accountability, governance, and high performance across cross-functional teams. • Communicate program goals, progress, and outcomes clearly to senior leadership. • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and value delivery.</p> <p>Qualifications for the role</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Computer Science, MIS, Business, or a related field </li><li>10+ years of experience managing programs and projects; PMP certification or similar preferred </li><li>Proven experience leading large, complex IS or technology programs. </li><li>Strong business acumen and ability to translate strategic goals into executable plans. </li><li>Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills. </li><li>Expertise in program governance, risk management, and resource planning. </li></ul> <p>More about us</p> <p>ABB's Distribution Solutions Division facilitates the efficient and reliable distribution, protection and control of power by improving electric power quality while strengthening the resilience of the grid.
