<p>The opportunity</p> <p>Pernod Ricard Hellas, a Great Place to Work-certified company, is looking for a Sales Representative (based in Ioannina or Corfu) to join our team starting in April 2025 (indefinite-term contract). If you're eager to develop your skills and grow your career in a supportive and dynamic environment, we could be the perfect fit for you!</p> <p>Position Purpose</p> <p>Reporting to the Regional Account Supervisor, this role plays a pivotal part in the dynamic sales team of Pernod Ricard Hellas. The main purpose of the role is to execute the sales strategy at POS/POC in his/her territory and in all channels.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li> <p>Sign off the targeted N/L deals.</p> </li><li> <p>Manage the Agreed N/L budget</p> </li><li> <p>Able to choose the right outlets from his territory to work on.</p> </li><li> <p>Achieve his/her agreed sales targets, (volume, profit, credit terms, collection), through maximum sell-in/sell-out.</p> </li><li> <p>Develop excellent commercial relationships with his/her customer to maximize profitable sales (day, W/S, Night outlets).</p> </li><li> <p>Follows daily route plan and reporting papers.</p> </li><li> <p>Execute and monitor merchandising activities at POC.</p> </li><li> <p>Ensure consistency from companies Commercial Policy & Price Strategy.</p> </li><li> <p>Transfer orders.</p> </li><li> <p>Increase distribution of our brands.</p> </li><li> <p>Cooperate with Trade Marketing on brand promotion nights.</p> </li><li> <p>Report back to sales / Trade Marketing competitive activity/ any opportunities for growth.</p> </li><li> <p>Implementing sell-out activities.</p> </li><li> <p>Strong merchandising culture.</p> </li><li> <p>Be committed on the agreed.</p> </li></ul> <p>The ideal candidate</p> <ul> <li> <p>University degree (preferably in a commercial field) or equivalent (minimum high school diploma).</p> </li><li> <p>2-4 years of proven sales experience.</p> </li><li> <p>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</p> </li><li> <p>Strong commercial acumen and business sense.</p> </li><li> <p>Effective negotiation skills.</p> </li><li> <p>Willingness and ability to work flexible shifts, including day and night.</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.</p> </li><li> <p>Basic proficiency in English (knowledge of French is a plus).</p> </li><li> <p>Fluency in both written and verbal Greek.</p> </li><li> <p>Strong knowledge of the local market and local trade practices.</p> </li><li> <p>High sense of responsibility and accountability.</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to leverage marketplace knowledge to gain a competitive advantage.</p> </li><li> <p>Collaborative team player.</p> </li><li> <p>Willingness and ability to travel up to 50% of the time.</p> </li></ul> <p>What we are offering</p> <p>You will get experience working in a global organization and a chance to collaborate a cross borders.</p> <p>Gain unique insights in the world of spirits and be a part of a team that encourages "out of the box" thinking and new perspectives.
