<p>About the Job</p> <p>The role of Digital Marketing Consultant is part of the Digital Marketing Sales organization spanning net new and existing clients. We have an exciting position for a talented Digital Marketing Consultant to join our busy, enthusiastic digital marketing team. Our appointed candidate will be responsible for strategy adjustment and implementation, targeted activities, and promotions to meet key business objectives.</p> <p>The right person will be able to undertake comprehensive analytics and research projects, monitor the effectiveness of current campaigns, and craft development plans to improve the visibility and ranking position of the business while identifying additional ways to augment visitor numbers, brand reputation, and market share.</p> <p>Our chosen Digital Marketing Consultant will be highly experienced in project management, be comfortable overseeing multiple concurrent projects or activities, and have sufficient knowledge to inform all the aspects of our digital marketing functions.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <ol> <li> <p>Analyze a client's existing marketing tactics</p> </li><li> <p>Select KPIs and develop a marketing strategy</p> </li><li> <p>Understand how marketing influences brands -</p> </li><li> <p>fundamentals of online advertising - With online advertising platforms like Google Adwords and Facebook Ads serving billions of impressions on a daily basis, every digital marketing consultant needs to understand the fundamentals of online advertising in order to be successful.</p> </li><li> <p>Understand search engine optimization (SEO)</p> </li><li> <p>Learn how to publish content that spreads</p> </li></ol> <p>With websites like Reddit, Slashdot and Hacker News attracting tens of millions of visitors every day, being able to craft and market content that spreads over the web is now one of the most valuable skills for digital marketing consultants.</p> <ol start="7"> <li> <p>Know social media from the inside out</p> </li><li> <p>Help clients achieve long-term sales growth</p> </li></ol> <p>Getting clients is challenging but keeping them with you for years can be even more of a challenge.
