<p>POSITION OVERVIEW</p> <p>The duties of the Server occupy a wide range of customer service activities in the HBT and may change according to staffing scenarios.</p> <p>CANDIDATE PROFILE</p> <p>Personal integrity and professionalism are a prerequisite. The Server must be a mature team player who has a genuine enthusiasm for the job. This individual must have strong organizational and people skills and should possess a positive attitude, enthusiasm, passion for customer satisfaction, and commitment to excellence.</p> <p>REQUIREMENTS & RESPONSIBILITIES</p> <ul> <li>Greeting all guests with enthusiasm and friendliness </li><li>Ensuring positive and memorable experiences for guests </li><li>Serving MBBC's alcoholic products in an appropriate manner consistent with company standards and the Vermont Department of Liquor Control </li><li>Regularly attending in-house training </li><li>Constantly expanding knowledge of beer and other products and services </li><li>Answering guest questions about beer, menu items, and facilities accurately and in a friendly manner </li><li>Identifying food and beverage orders when ready and delivering items to tables in a timely manner </li><li>Maintaining a professional appearance at all times </li><li>Communicating with management to ensure guest satisfaction </li><li>Reporting to work as scheduled, in uniform, and ready to work </li><li>Maintaining professional relationships with all co-workers </li><li>Following checklists and standard operating procedures </li><li>Maintaining a safe, clean, organized, and stocked work area </li><li>Maintaining full knowledge of menus, recipes, and other pertinent information </li><li>Responsible for constant sanitation, organization, and proper food handling </li><li>Preparing work area for opening, mid-shift, or closing in accordance with company standards </li><li>Team player </li><li>Hard worker </li></ul> <p>POSITION: Server</p> <p>FLSA: Part-Time, Non-Exempt</p>
