An amazing number, but we're always looking for new ways to continue making a difference, and new people to make a difference with.</p> <p>The opportunity</p> <p>The Director, Marketing - Schizophrenia Customer Experience and Education is responsible for leading a team focused on consumer / patient experience and HCP medical education. This position will report to the Senior Director, Marketing - Schizophrenia Portfolio and will be the key brand representative focused on Franchise-wide efforts centered on the development and administration of consumer experience, Franchise HCP medical education programs, and collaborating with brand leads in the franchise. The team sits at the intersection of specialty pharmacy services, patient services, pharmacist dispensing, the holistic patient experience, and Schizophrenia Franchise HCP medical education. This position is also charged with identifying opportunities to be more efficient and consistent across the Schizophrenia Franchise. The role focuses on Franchise consumer and HCP experience offerings to ensure they are competitive with the market and patient focused.</p> <p>How you'll spend your day</p> <ul> <li>Lead Franchise consumer experience and HCP medical education workstreams across the Schizophrenia portfolio, including patient promotion and consumer portfolio/brand planning. </li><li>Develop patient, caregiver, and HCP journeys to inform portfolio planning. </li><li>Lead, provide feedback to, and develop a team of consumer / patient marketers and HCP medical education experts. </li><li>Generating insights across the franchise and turning them into actions focused on creating world-class experiences for consumers and HCPs. </li><li>Build the internal relationships necessary to ensure a Franchise consumer experience perspective is integrated into Patient Services, TLLs, Advocacy, and Specialty Pharmacy (SP) programs. </li><li>Work with internal cross-functional partners, including patient services, and vendors to develop and manage patient affordability programs (e.g., copay support programs) and develop streamlined prior authorization (PA) processes and services with Buy and Bill or Specialty Pharmacies. </li><li>Provide the brand voice in defining patient hub and specialty pharmacy requirements. Track and measure performance against brand KPIs. </li><li>Work collaboratively with other members of the Schizophrenia Portfolio team and the broader Innovative Medicines (IM) Marketing organization, including thought leader liaisons. </li><li>Analyze and maximize consumer experience KPIs and understand program impact on financial metrics at the Franchise level. </li></ul> <p>Your experience and qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Bachelors degree is required.
