You will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in an open-door, driven, team-oriented and reliable environment where every caregiver is celebrated for their unique skills.</p> <p>A caregiver in this position works days from 8:00AM - 4:30PM.</p> <p>A caregiver who excels in this role will:</p> <ul> <li>Assess patient health accurately, document information and care in patient record, and room patients. </li><li>Educate patients and families as appropriate. </li><li>Apply casts, splints, sutures, staples and dressings and prepare injections as directed by the Physician. </li><li>Provide sample medications to patients as instructed. </li><li>Stock examination rooms and order necessary supplies. </li><li>Assist in minor office procedures as needed. </li></ul> <p>Minimum qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:</p> <ul> <li>High School Diploma/GED </li></ul> <p>Preferred qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:</p> <ul> <li>Medical Assistant or Orthopaedic Technician training/certification </li></ul> <p>Our caregivers continue to create the best outcomes for our patients across each of our facilities.
