<p>Skill: Service Delivery Manager</p> <ul> <li>Responsible for a globally distributed application support team. </li><li>Instrumental in driving performance and improving production stability. </li><li>Requirement to be primary face off to CIO's and senior business stakeholders. </li><li>Continually improve IT services and ensure team takes a structured and proactive approach to resolving technology problems. </li><li>Drive Best Practices among the global application teams as well as CTB (release / change management). </li><li>Ensure compliance with all relevant internal instructions (SOX, circulars) and external regulatory requirements, including the management of operational risk. </li><li>Participate in the development of and effectively maintain the Incident management process. </li><li>Involvement in managing an agile development process (from a production perspective and run the bank). </li><li>Stakeholder management skills with significant background in Financial Services, previous experience supporting applications in Capital Markets, Banking and/or Insurance. </li><li>10+ years' experience supporting applications running in Unix environments and Windows environments, experience working directly with CIO's and senior business stakeholders. </li><li>5 years of leadership experience leading large production support globally distributed teams. </li><li>Agile Software development, and experience in development projects. </li><li>Familiar with risk-based decision-making and escalation. </li><li>Previous Technology experience across technologies (Java, .Net, Oracle, Multiple Databases, Middleware). </li><li>Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Access, and Project) skills. </li></ul> <p>Generic Managerial skills:</p> <ul> <li>Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills (Written and Verbal). </li><li>Flexible approach to working hours and responsibilities. </li><li>Self-driven and with an ability to work independently with minimal supervision. </li><li>Client Relationship Management. </li><li>Performance Monitoring. </li><li>Resource Allocation. </li><li>Issue resolution and Process Improvement. </li><li>Strategic Planning. </li></ul> <p>Salary Range - $120,000-$140,000 a year</p> <p>#LI-NR3</p>
