We seek a Clinical Instructor of Food and Nutrition to join our team August 2025 and contribute to our mission of preparing future leaders who use business acumen for societal good. The Clinical Instructor will teach five classes each semester, mentor students, and engage with the community and professional organizations on behalf of the college or university.</p> <p>Job Responsibilities</p> <p>The Clinical Instructor of Food and Nutrition will be responsible for teaching undergraduate courses in the Food and Nutrition area. The successful candidate will engage in high-quality teaching and contribute to the school and college. Responsibilities include:</p> <ul> <li>Teaching undergraduate courses in Foods and Nutrition. </li><li>Developing and updating course materials. </li><li>Participating in school, college, and university service activities. </li><li>Engaging in professional development to stay current in the field. </li></ul> <p>Requirements</p> <ul> <li>Minimum of a Master's degree in foods and nutrition or a closely related field. </li><li>Demonstrated excellence in teaching at the undergraduate level. </li><li>Experience with online teaching. </li><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills. </li><li>Commitment to student success and academic excellence. </li></ul> <p>Preference:</p> <ul> <li>Registered Dietitian (RD) or Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) credential </li></ul> <p>Purdue University Northwest</p> <p>Purdue University Northwest (PNW) is an academically comprehensive, student-centered university located in Northwest Indiana, just southeast of Chicago. Business programs in the college are accredited by the Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business International (AACSB).
