As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing and implementing effective sales strategies, and leading a high-performing sales team.</p> <ul> <li>Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets </li><li>Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales professionals to maximize their performance and reach individual and team goals </li><li>Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners to ensure long-term business growth </li><li>Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities </li><li>Create and present sales forecasts, reports, and performance metrics to senior management </li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales efforts with marketing initiatives and product development </li><li>Negotiate high-value contracts and close complex sales deals </li><li>Continuously optimize sales processes and implement best practices to improve efficiency and effectiveness </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Proven track record of 7+ years in sales, with at least 3 years in a sales management role </li><li>Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field </li><li>Demonstrated ability to develop and implement successful sales strategies </li><li>Strong leadership skills with experience in coaching and mentoring sales teams </li><li>Excellent client relationship management and negotiation skills </li><li>Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools </li><li>Outstanding communication and presentation skills </li><li>Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing market conditions </li><li>Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets </li><li>Industry-specific knowledge and experience (preferred) </li><li>Sales management certifications (preferred) </li></ul> <p>Additional Information</p> <p>Techo-Bloc offers formal sales and product knowledge training and boasts the industry's most extensive video library for continued self-paced education.</p> <p>Sales Managers are eligible for uncapped sales bonuses with an average earnings potential of $100,000 - $140,000+ per year.</p> <p>The starting pay will depend on various factors including but not limited to relevant professional and industry experience, education, and certifications.</p> <p>Physical Requirements:</p> <p>The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
