<p>Martin Automotive Group is seeking a passionate and skilled Parts Manager to join our dynamic team at our Toyota Cleveland Heights. The Parts Manager will supervise the parts department, ensuring optimal operations and excellent service to our customers.</p> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Supervise and coordinate parts department activities, including inventory management and customer service. </li><li>Forecast goals and objectives for the department and work towards achieving them. </li><li>Hire, train, and evaluate parts department staff. </li><li>Ensure customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and resolving any issues that may arise. </li><li>Oversee stock order procedures and manage incoming inventory. </li><li>Maintain a balanced inventory and ensure all parts are correctly priced and stocked. </li><li>Keep the computer system updated with accurate part information and pricing. </li><li>Enforce safety standards and demonstrate professional behavior consistent with company values. </li><li>Minimum of 3 years experience in parts management or a related automotive role. </li><li>Strong customer service skills and a professional demeanor. </li><li>Able to motivate and lead a team effectively. </li><li>Experience with inventory management systems and processes. </li><li>High school diploma or equivalent; further education in automotive management is a plus. </li><li>Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. </li><li>Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance </li><li>401k </li><li>Paid Holidays </li><li>Weekly Paychecks </li><li>up to $150,000 yearly </li></ul> <p>Parts Associate, Parts Counterperson, Parts Department, Dealership Parts</p> <p>#R3</p>
