As an Engineering Technician, you will be responsible for assisting in radiation effects testing of various electronic components. This role offers an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or an entry-level professional looking to kickstart their career in the industry.</p> <p>About Us:</p> <p>VPT Radiation Laboratory and Test Services, VPT Rad, provides specialist environments and test solutions for evaluating electronics used in aerospace and nuclear applications where ionizing radiation can degrade the service life of the electronic devices.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Test Execution: Conduct testing of components in various radiation environments including Total Ionizing Dose and Neutron Displacement Damage </li><li>System Maintenance: Maintain automated test systems, check daily calibration of ATE systems </li><li>Test Reporting: Analyze data and write test reports </li><li>Continuous Improvement: Contribute to the improvement of the engineering process and methodologies, making recommendations for efficiency and effectiveness </li></ul> <p>This is a full-time, permanent position.
