<p>Position Title Part-Time Pizza - Student Dining Job Description</p> <ul> <li>Prepare, press and assemble, pizza doughs, sauces and toppings for daily production. </li><li>Bake pizzas as needed throughout meal period. </li><li>Maintain safe temperatures throughout shift. </li><li>Rotate and properly store product at end of shift. </li><li>Clean and sanitize work station. </li><li>Complete daily production sheet and temperature logs. </li><li>Position works 2:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Monday-Friday and every other weekend. </li></ul> <p>Required Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Performs the duties in efficient manner, meeting the objectives and needs of Ashland University. </li><li>Must follow State health and safety guidelines to insure safe food handling. </li></ul> <p>Preferred Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Detail oriented, able to multi-task with little or no supervision in a busy environment. </li></ul> <p>Physical Demands</p> <ul> <li>Bending, lifting, standing for long periods. </li><li>Tolerance to extreme heat when working in and around a kitchen environment. </li></ul> <p>Anticipated Start Date of New Hire 03/31/2025 Anticipated Number of Hours Working per Week 29 Shift Required?
