<p>The Operations Technology Workflow Analyst will serve as a central point of information and subject matter expert to drive consistent and effective communication from Operation Leaders and Technology teams for related production activities within span of control (Billing Files, Lender Files, PRM, QC Exception Module, Integrations, Insurance Carriers, and RPA). Responsible to identify, assess, and influence servicing to contribute to the overall client servicing goals while identifying defects in business models and operations. Primary contact for business units to assist in troubleshooting, managing escalations/corrective actions, and risks within established Servicing and Quality framework.</p> <p>The position ensures the delivery of excellent customer service for clients by maintaining consistently high standards and modeling a passion for service. The position creates and enables an environment that best represents Allied Solutions' Brand.</p> <p>Job Duties and Responsibilities:</p> <p>Evaluate & Research Error Patterns (35%)</p> <ul> <li>Evaluate data and reports for opportunities to optimize tools and vendor partnerships for more effective and optimal performance and outcomes. Conduct research and recommend changes while identifying error patterns or gaps in processing to improve efficiency, effectiveness, and quality that impact the division and clients. Recommend controls through research of root cause in collaboration with Quality Control and Operations. </li></ul> <p>Manage partner relationships (30%)</p> <ul> <li>Manage assigned partner relationships. Ensure Allied is leveraging options across the enterprise and identifying ways to tie into each other as appropriate (data sharing and added efficiencies). Work closely with Allied business units and partners to ensure appropriate execution of respective business plans, ROI Oversight, and timely success. Create and maintain processes for evaluating service level agreements, key performance indicators, invoice approval, and controls. </li></ul> <p>Review and communicate key performance trends (20%)</p> <ul> <li>Review key performance trends and opportunities with technology, sales field, vendor, and business partners regularly. Manage and communicate status of data movement at the client level as needed or requested. Provide consistent communication to technology partners regarding volumes changes outside of normal variation or changes in business processes. Point of contact for technology resources related to assigned processes during regular and after hours. </li></ul> <p>Corrective actions & controls (15%)</p> <ul> <li>Assist in troubleshooting, escalations, corrective actions, and controls within established Servicing and Quality framework while ensuring compliance standards and regulations are in place </li><li>Perform other duties & responsibilities </li></ul> <p>Qualifications (Education, Experience, Certifications & KSA):</p> <ul> <li>High School Diploma or GED required </li><li>3 -4 years related experience </li></ul> <p>The above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by people assigned to this job.
