<p>We are seeking a skilled EMI/EMC Test Engineer to join our aerospace and defense company.</p> <p>The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating test plans, procedures, and reports; scheduling and running tests at local labs; and troubleshooting and testing to DO-160, Mil-704, and Mil-461 standards. This role requires a strong background in electrical engineering and experience in EMI/EMC testing.</p> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Develop detailed test plans, procedures, and reports. </li><li>Schedule and coordinate tests at local labs. </li><li>Conduct tests and document results accurately. </li><li>Troubleshoot and ensure compliance with DO-160, Mil-704, and Mil-461 standards. </li><li>Perform EMI/EMC testing. </li><li>Utilize test equipment such as oscilloscopes, multimeters, power supplies, and function generators. </li><li>Read and interpret electrical schematics and blueprints. </li><li>Accurately fill out data sheets and write up non-conformances for records. </li></ul> <p>Essential Skills:</p> <ul> <li>BSEE degree. </li><li>3+ years of experience as a Test Engineer in the aerospace industry or military. </li><li>Proficiency with test equipment including oscilloscopes, multimeters, power supplies, and function generators. </li><li>Knowledge of electrical circuits. </li><li>Ability to read and interpret schematics and blueprints. </li><li>Experience in EMI/EMC testing. </li><li>Strong troubleshooting skills. </li><li>Experience in test development. </li></ul> <p>Pay and Benefits</p> <p>The pay range for this position is $33.00 - $43.00/hr.</p> <p>Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
