<p>Employment Type:</p> <p>Full time</p> <p>Shift:</p> <p>Day Shift</p> <p>Description:</p> <p>Resident Assistant II</p> <p>40 hours per week</p> <p>Here at St. Peter's Health Partners, we care for more people in more places.</p> <p>Position Highlights:</p> <ul> <li>Quality of Life: New enhanced per-diem rates and shift differential. </li><li>Advancement: Strong orientation program and career development </li></ul> <p>What you will do:</p> <p>A residential assistant would work with our nursing team assisting the residents with activities of daily living, passing meds, making beds and providing personal care.</p> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Assistance with activities of daily living </li><li>Medication and bathing assistance </li><li>Responding to the nurse call and pendant system </li><li>Participate in leading day and weekend activities </li><li>Queuing and orienting residents/prep residents for community appointments </li><li>Assistance with dressing, safety checks, and more. </li><li>In addition Resident Assistants (RA) assist in the dining room with resident menu selection and serving residents and their guests. </li></ul> <p>What you will need:</p> <ul> <li>High school diploma/GED preferred </li><li>Patience and compassion </li><li>Experience in healthcare preferred but willing to train! </li><li>Ability to lift, push or pull up to 30 lbs </li></ul> <p>Pay Range: $17.50 - $19.20</p> <p>Pay is based on experience, skills, and education. Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates.
