<p>Job Description</p> <p>As a Strategic Account Manager for our Fiberon brand, you will lead the development and execution of sales strategies for key national and regional accounts in the R&R and pro-retail segments. You'll focus on building deep customer partnerships, and aligning internal resources to drive revenue growth, customer satisfaction, and profitability.</p> <p>Location: This is a remote position managing a national territory. The ideal location will be California, Texas, Florida, or the Mid-Atlantic Region. Up to 50% overnight travel expected.</p> <p>What you will be doing:</p> <ul> <li>Lead the development and execution of annual business plans for strategic accounts, focused on both short- and long-term growth </li><li>Partner cross-functionally with Channel, Brand, Finance, and Sales Enablement teams to implement effective in-home selling strategies and adjacent category growth plans </li><li>Support and grow our dealer network, with a strong understanding of the distribution channel and dealer connectivity </li><li>Serve as the internal and external point of contact for assigned accounts, coordinating al sales activities and maintaining consistent communication across stakeholders </li><li>Analyze customer business needs to recommend and implement tailored solutions that drive sales, increase profitability, and reduce costs </li><li>Lead contract negotiations and pricing discussions, ensuring alignment with market managers and regional sales leaders as needed </li><li>Forecast account demand and ensure accurate sales reporting to support strategic decision-making </li><li>Develop and execute customer-specific programs, promotions, and training efforts to support account goals </li><li>Cultivate relationships and represent the brand at trade shows and national events </li><li>Drive execution of business strategies to increase market share and improve product mix within strategic accounts </li><li>Collaborate with internal teams to streamline communication, reduce customer confusion, and ensure service excellence </li><li>Gather market intelligence on pricing, product trends, and competitive activity to inform business strategies </li></ul>
