We are committed to serving the community and treat our patients as family.</p> <p>As a Mammography Technologist, you will perform all duties directly involved with a variety of technical procedures applying ionizing radiation for the purpose of detecting pathology. You will regulate the equipment used to expose the x-ray film, develop, and organize films.</p> <p>A caregiver in this position works three days per week between Monday - Friday from 8am - 4:30pm</p> <p>A Caregiver who excels in this role will:</p> <ul> <li>Establish and maintain a good rapport and professional relationship with fellow employees, other departments, and medical staff. </li><li>Perform duties directly involved with a variety of technical procedures applying ionizing radiation for the purpose of detecting pathology. </li><li>Demonstrate knowledge of clinical procedures, equipment, and policies - Hospital and Department - that are necessary for job performance. </li><li>Collaborate with department leadership to develop and implement methods to achieve established goals and objectives. </li></ul> <p>Minimum qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:</p> <p>Minimum qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Graduate of an accredited school of Radiologic Technology.</p> </li><li> <p>Registered Technologist credentialed by The American Registry of Radiologic Technologists R.T.(M) (ARRT) and in good standing.</p> </li><li> <p>Current license in the State of Ohio</p> </li><li> <p>Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.</p> </li></ul> <p>Preferred qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:</p> <ul> <li>Effective communication and critical thinking skills. </li></ul> <p>Our caregivers continue to create the best outcomes for our patients across each of our facilities.
